Corey Adams

Director of Construction: Corey became a carpenter at the young age of 16. We like to say Corey has forgotten more about construction than most will ever know.

When he's not ensuring your project runs smoothly, you can catch him at the volunteer firehouse in Madison.

Danielle Ramos

Project Coordinator: Danielle's secret is her masters in Nursing, she claims her good bedside manner as a nurse is what translates to her success holding our clients hand through design and construction.

When she's not helping clients through our process, she enjoys spending time with her two toddlers and golden retrievers.

Derek Filosi

Operations Director: Derek studied Historic Preservation and Architecture at the College of Charleston in South Carolina. Charleston was beautiful, but he couldn't wait to come back to the New England vernacular.

Derek enjoys building cabinets and boats in the woodshop, and spending time with his daughter, wonderful wife, and black lab.

Danielle St. Pierre

Lead Interior Designer: With a BFA in interior design from Fashion Institute in NYC, Danielle excels at understanding clients needs and translating them into beautiful and functional spaces.

Danielle's favorite project before joining Craft was her work on the Waco Castle with Chip and Joanna Gaines.

Tucker Gasho

Estimator: With a degree in History from UConn, Tuckers attention to detail is what allows us to provide clients with our Fixed Price Guarantee. We credit Tucker for being responsible for a client once asking for an "audiobook version" of our Scope of Work.

When Tucker's not going out of his way to help everybody, you can find him home with his wife and two pups!

Alexander todd

Project Manager: A carpenter for 14 years, Alex provides extensive knowledge to all phases of construction. His hyper-detailed nature is at the center of Craft's "always seeking excellence" mentality.

When he's not ensuring projects are on schedule, you can find him rock climbing and hiking with his wife and two young boys.

Kate O'Brien

Design Assistant: Local to the Essex area and a recent graduate of the University of Vermont, Kate joined the Craft team in 2024. Oddly, her favorite part of working with Craft is keeping selections spreadsheets up to date.

You can find her on the ski slopes in her free time!

Kevin Grace

Project Manager: Kevin has worn a toolbelt since 2001. He's one of those rare carpenters that does impeccable finish work but can also frame your house efficiently, which makes him the perfect project manager and part of the team.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, son, and daughter.
